A Comprehensive To Do List

So, Caleb and I are making a to do list to come up with a price projection of repairs that we would do to the Fixer Upper house to help us with making a decision. In our list SE indicates things we would do with our own sweat equity. Yes, this list is large and can be intimidating, but it also shows that most things we could do ourselves. It intimidates me and challenges me!

Outside of Home:
Gutters (SE)
Shutters(SE)
Proper Drainage(SE)
Grass growing in backyard(SE)
Tear down shed & porch(SE)
Remove concrete pathway(SE)
Fix driveway(SE)
Relocate/Upgrade front door
Improve landscaping(SE)
Add picket fence & backyard fence(SE)
Add front deck
Get better ventilation underneath house (maybe SE)
Get a mailbox(SE)
Repair siding/new vinyl siding

Potential Repair Needs: These are the unknowns, and if I knew everything was fine in these categories, we would probably already be in a contract.
Plumbing (maybe none)
Electrical (maybe none)
Duct Work (possibly replacing it, may just need cleaning)
Insulation (hopefully not!)
Foundation (probably somewhat-nothing too drastically wrong, but it may need some reinforcing)

Inside of Home:
Kitchen complete overhaul
Bathroom complete overhaul
Raise floor in garage add on
Crown molding(SE)
Hardwoods in remaining rooms(SE)
Remove interior walls...
Build in arches instead
Repair laundry room(SE)
Fix Mold Problem (might just be a wash with bleach problem...could be more.)(SE)
Paint(SE)
New windows(SE)
Add Bay window to living room
Enlarge windows in kitchen area
Resurface fireplace (possibly)(SE)
Replace/Update fixtures(SE)
Drywall(SE)
Turn closet into half bath (potentially)(and potentially SE)

Alright that's it! Anybody scared now??
