Tutu Time

I made a tutu for Celeste last night. It was SUPER easy and was definitely no-sew! It certainly isn't perfect, and could stand to be a bit thicker, but considering I only used materials I had on hand-it works! Total cost, time.

    Ok, so you have to tell me how to make this...maybe an upcoming girls night we could make one:)...and we will figure out what our friends with just boys could make.
